This project is in Seattle. The patio space was small, cracked and shifted. House colors were pink and rust. The client wanted new expanded outdoor living space, less lawn, updated colors, a small water feature, low volt lightning, new low maintenance garden beds and a covered area for dining outdoors.

The patio tripled in size, an updated color scheme was used on the residence and garden shed and a new patio cover just off the kitchen and family room was built. A fireplace, stone path with sitting stones and water feature now connects the new patio, a small bistro sitting space and the garden shed. Less than half the original lawn is left.
